I am excited to welcome visitors on a tour to meet the local artisans. Yesterday we had the great pleasure to meet Sue Ure a master potter. Her studio is filled with many wonderful clay creations some sold to the Tate Modern among other galleries worldwide, and she will give those that are interested a demonstration of her unique technique at the potters wheel.
An added bonus to visiting Sue is the extraordinary duck rillettes with fois gras that her neighbor makes on his farm so we can also enjoy a nice snack while learning from Sue about her journey to the Gers, and how she does her magic.
